The TOC Outer Carrier (TOC) is a highly functional armor carrier featuring a front zipper and side opening design for easy donning and doffing. It is constructed with a durable Nylon outer shell and spacer mesh liner for enhanced durability and comfort. It has adjustable hidden shoulders on both sides for an improved fit, mic tabs for communication devices, and an ID badge with eyelets and a name ID loop on both sides for identification. It offers various storage options, internal chest pockets for more oversized items, ambidextrous utility pockets, and a hidden zippered pocket under the zipper cover. Other features include dual side straps for adjustment, a reinforced drag strap for emergency extraction, an internal removable belly band for additional support, and front and back plate pockets for extra protection.
